Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

• All original tags must be attached
• Item must be in original packaging
• Sale items are not eligible for return

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
3. Do not ship any items without prior authorization from our team
4. Share the tracking number with us once authorized

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Intimate wear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
