Operating Instructions:

1. The indicator light glows red during charging and turns green when fully charged.
2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
3. Press the "+" button to increase the vibration intensity, and the "-" button to decrease it (5 adjustable levels in total).
